Membership
The dean of the UF College of Dentistry, the university’s senior vice president for Health Affairs or designee, the associate dean for Clinical Affairs & Quality Assurance, a college administrator appointed by the dean, and each full-time tenured, tenure earning and non-tenure earning clinical faculty member of the college.
Purposes
The corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively to support the service, teaching and research mission and goals of the University of Florida and its J. Hillis Miller Health Center and the College of Dentistry, all as determined by the UF Board of Trustees, and it shall be operated exclusively for charitable, scientific and educational purposes and not for pecuniary profit.
Schedule of Meetings
The faculty meeting takes place on an annual basis; the board of directors meets quarterly.
