Faculty Affairs
The Office of Faculty Affairs works to foster a positive and supportive work environment that facilitates opportunities for faculty professional growth and development. The Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs advises the dean, chairs, center directors and individual faculty and administrators on matters affecting faculty; provides administrative support for the faculty’s role in shared governance; and serves as an ombudsman for faculty affairs to the dean, Academic Health Center, and campus administration.

Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs
Joe Riley, Ph.D., professor in UFCD's Department of Community Dentistry and Behavioral Science, was appointed Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs in July 2018.
