How do I obtain my Gator 1 (ID) card?
Departments must request a new or replacement Gator 1 Card online. The employee must bring a picture ID to the ID Card Services Academic Health Center branch on the ground floor of the Medical Sciences Building in Room NG-10.

How do I set up my GatorLink account?
Please visit http://www.gatorlink.ufl.edu and click on ‘Create a new account’. You will need to enter your UFID number in order to set up a GatorLink account.
How do I obtain an email account?
Your department administrator should submit a service request to the UF Health help desk with the following information:
Full Name: (Al E. Gator)
GatorLink ID: (agator)
Indicate affiliation: Faculty/Staff or Student
Access to: axiUm, name specific shared folders, etc.
Email distribution lists: DN-Everyone, DN-Staff, DN-Faculty, etc.
How do I obtain the appropriate security roles in PeopleSoft?
Your roles are specific to your position and job duties. Please contact Amanda Phelps or Christina Perez at firstname.lastname@example.org for role assignments and requests.
How do I get an office key?
You may either:
- Contact your department administrator to request keys.
- Contact Charles Lesch in the Dean’s Office at 352-273-8001 or email@example.com with the following information:
- Room number(s)
- Number of keys being requested
- Recipient(s) of the key(s)
- Contact person
- Phone number
A Key Request Form will be submitted to the Academic Health Center Key Shop.
How do I sign up for the university’s New Employee Orientation for staff?

Where can I find information regarding my benefits?
All employees must enroll in benefits within 60 days of hire. Eligible faculty members should inquire about the College of Dentistry fringe benefits by contacting Amanda Phelps or Christina Perez at firstname.lastname@example.org.
