Gator Nation Giving Day

Stand Up & Holler: Gator Nation Giving Day has become a thrilling annual event for the Gator Nation to unify and show its collective support for UF and the communities it serves. We hope you'll consider honoring the College of Dentistry by making a gift to a fund of your choice to support UFCD's bright future and the next generation of Gator Dentists.

In 2023, UFCD garnered 218 gifts totaling $194,276 to benefit our college's missions and many initiatives.

scholarship support

Dr. Cecil White, Jr. Scholars Fund

Championed by Dr. John Dozier and his wife, Martha, the Cecil White, Jr. Scholars Fund supports scholarships for DMD students who have demonstrated a commitment to breaking down barriers and welcoming individuals from groups that are underrepresented in the dentistry profession and at the college.

Dr. Dozier and Dr. White go way back — 44 years, to be exact — in the UF College of Dentistry Zeta Class of 1977. Now the best friends are uniting toward a more diverse profession.
