About Wagner Duarte

Dr. Duarte received his DDS degree from the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil in 1989. He earned a specialty certificate in Periodontology from Sao Paulo State University, Araraquara, Brazil in 1994 and a PhD degree from Tokyo Medical and Dental University, Japan in 1999. Dr. Duarte also received a specialty certificate in Periodontology from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 2019. Dr. Duarte is Board Certified in Periodontology and Dental Implant Surgery and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He is a Fellow of the International Team for Implantology. Dr. Duarte is the Director of the Graduate Program in Periodontology at the University of Florida College of Dentistry.
