The University of Florida College of Dentistry is strongly committed to the success and well-being of every student. The Office of Student Advocacy & Inclusion will assign available tutors to students who are struggling academically. Tutoring sessions are free to all dental students and provided on an individual or small-group basis.
Who Can Access Tutoring Services?
The Peer Tutoring Program is primarily utilized by first and second year DMD students, however, we can work with third and fourth years upon request.
How Do I Request A Tutor?
All requests for tutoring services should be emailed to Dr. Probert, Assistant Dean of Student Advocacy & Inclusion.
- For pre-clinical courses, students muse be referred to the Peer Tutoring Program by their course directors.
