The University of Florida College of Dentistry is strongly committed to the success and well-being of every student; therefore, we are proud to offer FREE tutoring to students enrolled in the DMD program.

The Office of Student Affairs & Involvement offers tutoring sessions to help DMD students excel academically in our rigorous classes. Most tutoring sessions are open to all dental students, with some tutoring sessions operating in a small group, invite-only format. All sessions are free to students.

Who Can Access Tutoring Services?

The Tutoring Program is primarily utilized by first and second year DMD students, however, we can work with third and fourth years upon request.

How Do I Sign Up for Tutoring Sessions?

All questions about tutoring services should be directed to Alex Franklin in the Office of Student Affairs & Involvement. Tutor session signs up are sent to the class via email, and sign ups occur via SignUp Genius.

  • For pre-clinical psychomotor courses, students must be referred to tutoring by their course director.
