AAPHD is great way to get involved in helping undeserved populations of our community. Some of our focused populations are special needs kids, people suffering criminal injustice, homeless, geriatric, and abused women.

Our focus shall be aimed at addressing oral health needs of the community by preventing and controlling dental diseases, through promoting dental health with organized community efforts.

Purpose
To work and ultimately function as a student chapter of its national organization at the University of Florida. AAPHD wants to promote community and civic involvement, and develop leadership skills that foster a collaborative learning environment.
