The ADA parking area and driveway by the Dental Sciences Building west entrance will be closed on December 3 and 4. Patients and visitors who use the ADA lot for parking, or to drop people off/pick people up, will not be able to use that parking area or the driveway into and out of the lot. We know this will be a disruption for some of our patients and apologize for the temporary inconvenience.
Important notes:
- The lot will not be accessible for any parking or patient drop off/pick up on December 3 or 4 but normal access will return on December 5.
- Patients/visitors who normally park in that location can either park on the top/roof of Garage 2 (directly across from the dental building) where there are disabled spaces marked or use the UF Health Shands valet parking service at the Shands Main Atrium (1600 Archer Road).
- The patient/visitor entrance for Garage 2 is at 1831 Mowry Road. The map below indicates which parking garage access patients and visitors should use.
- There is a shuttle bus that picks people up from the roof of Garage 2 and drops off at the UF Health Shands circle drive. From there, dental patients can head west to the dental lobby.
- Below is a map that shows where valet parking is and how to access Garage 2’s rooftop spaces.
