Five UFCD Faculty Promoted

Five University of Florida College of Dentistry faculty members were promoted by the UF president during the 2024-25 Promotion and Tenure cycle, effective July 1, 2025. Two faculty members were also awarded tenure by the UF Board of Trustees.

“This remarkable achievement reflects the exceptional dedication, skill, and collaboration of our faculty, along with the support from their mentors, department chairs, and many others across the college. We’re fortunate to have such talented individuals driving excellence in education, patient care and research within our profession. Their continuous efforts not only benefit the Gator Nation and Gator Dentistry but also set a shining example of excellence. I’m excited to see the impact they’ll continue to make in the years ahead,” said A.
