The UF College of Dentistry is proud to have two Gator Dentists among the UF Alumni Association’s 40 Gators Under 40 list of honorees. Gregory Feldman, D.M.D., DMD Class of 2014, and Sundeep Rawal, D.M.D., DMD Class of 2006, are both double-Gators who will be recognized April 16 by the Alumni Association in a celebration honoring the university’s 40 Gators Under 40 from 2020, 2021 and 2022.
Since 2006, the University of Florida has honored Outstanding Young Alumni whose achievements positively impact The Gator Nation®. 40 Gators Under 40 continues the tradition of honoring Gators who are going greater in their communities and professions.
GREGORY FELDMAN | BS ’10, DMD ’14 | Newberry, Florida
TITLE: General Dentist

Dr. Gregory Feldman was raised on the west coast of Florida and attended the University of Florida for his undergraduate education. After graduating cum laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in biology and psychology, he continued his journey and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the UF College of Dentistry. Feldman is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the Central Florida District Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Feldman has already gone above and beyond his required continuing education and has over 1100 hours of additional training in a myriad of dental subjects. He received the 2016 Most Continuing Education Participation Hours Award from the Florida Academy of General Dentistry. He is a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, an achievement earned by only 6% of all general dentists.
In 2019, he became one of the youngest dentists to ever become a Master of the Academy of General Dentistry, an achievement earned by only 2% of all general dentists, one of the most respected designations in the dental profession.
Feldman has contributed his time and skillset to Dentistry from the Heart, a service event that provides dental care to the underserved in the Gainesville area, and is looking forward to expanding his service in Central Florida. He was named one of the top 40 dentists under the age of 40 by Incisal Edge magazine and appeared on the cover of the issue that came out in September of 2018.
SUNDEEP RAWAL | BSA ’03, DMD ’06 | Orlando, Florida
TITLE: Senior Vice President, Implant Support Services
COMPANY: Aspen Dental
Dr. Sundeep Rawal is Senior Vice President, Implant Support Services for Aspen Dental. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 2006 and completed his training in prosthodontics at the University of California San Francisco in 2009 where he was exposed to the most current technologies shaping dentistry. He has worked extensively to utilize CAD/CAM technologies within the scope of clinical dentistry and to enhance his patients’ restorative treatments. He has lectured across the U.S., as well as internationally, with over 500+ engagements over the years, and published numerous papers in various dental journals and other publications. Rawal is a past president of the Brevard County Dental Society, the Florida Prosthodontic Association, as well as an officer for the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Dental Society of Greater Orlando. He an officer in the Central District Dental Association and delegate to the Florida Dental Association. He has held numerous positions with national organizations such as the American College of Prosthodontics. He is a co-founder of the Digital Dentistry Institute, a leading contemporary education entity with courses all over the world dedicated to innovations and technology in dentistry. After 10 years of successful private practice at Florida Prosthodontics, where he established a multi-doctor, multilocation prosthodontic practice, he joined Aspen Dental in November of 2019.
