Welcoming New Faculty: Fernando Haddock

Haddock_Fernando photoIn November 2017, Fernando Haddock, D.D.S., joined the University of Florida Department of Restorative Dental Sciences in the Division of Operative Dentistry as a clinical assistant professor.

In addition to providing patient care in the UF Health Faculty Dental Practice, he will deliver didactic and preclinical instruction to predoctoral dental students and to residents in the master’s in operative dentistry program.

Before joining UF, Haddock served as an assistant professor in the Dental College of Georgia’s Department of Restorative Dental Science which he joined in 2014. From 1991 to 2014, he served on faculty at the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine from 1991 to 2014 in the Restorative Sciences Department.

Haddock graduated from Sacred Heart University in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with a bachelor’s in biology in 1984. He earned his dental degree in 1991 from the Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
