Welcoming New Faculty: Freburg-Hoffmeister

Freburg-Hoffmeister_DanielleDanielle Freburg-Hoffmeister, D.D.S., M.D., started in July as a visiting clinical assistant professor in the UF Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, where she is playing a major role in clinical teaching for the department’s residency program. She will also be working in the resident clinic, the implant center and overseeing the predoctoral students who are providing patient care in the UF Health Student Oral Surgery Center.

Freburg-Hoffmeister earned her dental degree in 2011 from the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry in Omaha, and her medical degree from the University of Florida in 2014. She completed the UF Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program in 2017. She has also completed five Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery externships with four different dental schools.
