Pileggi accepted as 2016-17 ELAM Fellow

Pileggi_Roberta_webRoberta Pileggi, D.D.S., M.S., was accepted as a Fellow in 2016-2017 Class of the Hedwig van Ameringen Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine (ELAM) Program for Women. Pileggi is an endodontist who also serves as associate dean for advanced education, director of the UF School of Advanced Dental Sciences and chair of the endodontics department.
The 2016-2017 ELAM Class has a diverse membership in many categories, including areas of  academic discipline, ethnicity, age and geography. Each class works together to identify ways they can play leadership roles in the future as academic health centers change in response to today’s societal, technological, and market forces and a desire to play a leadership role in guiding this process.

In addition to completing coursework and online collaborations, class members will attend three week long on-site sessions in September 2016, and January and April 2017.
