Adrian Lovell, D.M.D., Class of 2010, has been selected to serve as a Delegate to the 2009 American Dental Association’s (ADA) House of Delegates during the ADA’s annual meeting, Sept. 30 – Oct. 6 in Honolulu.
Lovell, chosen from a competitive field of national candidates, is one of five dental students who will represent the American Student Dental Association on the ADA House floor during the meeting. Lovell is only the second student from the UF College of Dentistry ever selected for this honor.
As a member of ASDAs delegation to the ADA, Lovell is responsible for understanding, representing and advocating the needs of his fellow dental students to the ADA House of Delegates.
This is a wonderful honor for the college and for Lovell. And did you catch that the meeting is in Hawaii? Nice!
