June is Faculty Appreciation Month at the college and we’re going to profile some of our faculty members to give us insight into their personalities and help us all get to know them better. We hope you enjoy the profiles.

Our first respondent to a questionnaire was Dr. Ozlem Yilmaz, a junior faculty member on the tenure track. Yilmaz received her DDS from Istanbul University School of Dentistry in Istanbul, Turkey, in 1990 and in 2002 she completed her PhD in Oral Biology at the University of Washington in Seattle. She joined the University of Florida in February 2006.
