Distance Learning

Instructional Support provides and coordinates several different technologies that allow college faculty, staff, and students to interact at a distance.

The UFCD Distance Learning Program links three dental clinic sites around the state to provide dental lectures to enhance the hands-on training students receive at the offsite clinics.

Videoconferencing is also used by the college for administrative purposes and for Continuing Dental Education. There are several ways to schedule a videoconference:

Refer to the Classroom and Conference Room Scheduling Policy and Procedure document for more information about reserving a time in the videoconferencing rooms.
