Welcoming New Faculty: Eleonora Bakiri

Photo of Eleonora BakiriThe University of Florida Department of Endodontics welcomed a new visiting clinical assistant professor in April 2017. Eleonora Bakiri, D.D.S., will see patients in the Endodontics Faculty Practice as well as working with didactic and clinical teaching of predoctoral students and endodontics residents.

Bakiri earned her dental degree in 2000 from the University of Athens in Athens, Greece. In 2002, she completed two years of training in endodontics at the University of Texas in Houston.

She has 15 years of experience in private endodontics practice and is a member of the International College of Dentists and a founding member of the Hellenic Association of Endodontists. Bakiri has also delivered a number of scientific presentations in the U.S. and internationally.
