DMD Student Awarded ADA Foundation Scholarship

Marti, AnjelikaCongratulations to Anjelika Marti, a member of the University of Florida College of Dentistry D.M.D. class of 2016, who received an American Dental Association (ADA) Foundation Predoctoral Dental Student Scholarship for $2,500 for the 2013-2014 Academic Year.

“I’m very honored to be the recipient of the ADA scholarship. I am very privileged to be a part of this college and to have the opportunity to succeed that comes with joining the dental profession,” Marti said.

The goal of the ADA Foundation’s scholarship program is to facilitate the education of academically gifted dental students and to help predoctoral dental students defray a part of their professional education expenses.

“We are very proud of Anjelika and her accomplishments and are happy to have her as a student at the college,” said Pam Sandow, D.D.S., assistant dean for admissions and financial aid.
