The Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is pleased to announce that Dr. Michael Barbick, chief resident, received an award for abstract titled “Adaptability of Biomet Lorenz TMJ Prosthesis That Were Previously Treated With TMJ Concepts Custom Joint Prosthesis” from the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (ACOMS).
Barbick presented during the May ACOMS 29th Annual Scientific Conference & Exhibition in Kansas City, Mo., and was awarded full reimbursement for travel and accommodations for the conference.
